Security Professional - Financial Site - Driving Patrol

As a Security Professional - Financial Site - Driving Patrol in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a major financial institution, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. Your role will involve interacting with employees and visitors, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining open communication at the location. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution setting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as directed by Allied Universal and site procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities and incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with site personnel and clients regarding security-related matters.
• Remain alert to unusual activity or potential risks within the financial institution environment and report findings as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A valid guard card or security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
