As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to create a secure and welcoming environment at the location. You will monitor access, verify credentials, and provide outstanding customer service while utilizing computer or tablet systems. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and granting entry to authorized individuals as appropriate.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of security-related activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences occurring at the front desk.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Support emergency response activities according to site-specific protocols and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
