What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at the location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor the entrance and/or exit points from the front desk, assisting with access control and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Assist with visitor and/or guest check-in processes, verifying identification and providing information as needed.
• Maintain detailed daily activity logs and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and the site-specific protocols.
• Support emergency response activities and communicate with management or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide directions or information as requested by guests and staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Allied Universal at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
