POSITION SUMMARY: This position is essential to supporting both clinical and administrative operations within the practice. The role will assist with occasional front desk duties, including answering phones, scheduling, verifying insurance, and checking patients in and out, while also providing direct clinical support such as rooming patients taking vitals, assisting providers, and completing documentation in Epic. The candidate must have phlebotomy experience and ne able to perform in-office blood draws, ensuring timely specimen processing and improving patient flow. This additional support is necessary to maintain efficient clinic operations, reduce wait times, enhance provider productivity, and sustain a high level of patient care across both office locations. The Medical Assistant/PSS - provides both clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient patient care and smooth office operations. Responsibilities include rooming patients, performing blood draws, assisting providers, answering phones, scheduling, and managing check-in and check-out processes. Strong communication, multitasking, and phlebotomy skills are required. Compensation Range: $13.94- $19.47This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
