Job Title : Social Worker Location : Staten Island, NY 10314 Duration : 03 months to long term Shift: Standard day shift (M-F) Pay Rate Range: $39-$41/hour Job Description: Provide clinical services to members and their families addressing a wide range of needs, including social, emotional, family, physical, and job performance challenges. Support individuals experiencing substance use disorders and other mental health-related concerns. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement appropriate care plans. LCSW, LMTF, LMHC or a related masters degree, mental health license and effective written and verbal skills. Document required: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or a related master's degree with an active mental health license.
