You aren't just seating guests; you are orchestrating the flow of our luxury dining spaces and ensuring every member and guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.

If you are high-energy, love a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making people feel at home, we want you to join our world-class team!

Your Impact: The Heart of Guest Flow

You are the "air-traffic controller" of the dining room-balancing guest seating, supporting the kitchen, and ensuring total service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Premier Welcome: Greet guests with enthusiasm, verify memberships, and manage seating charts to ensure a fair and efficient flow for our service team.
  • Service Synergy: Pitch in as a food runner or expeditor when the need arises, ensuring dishes are served according to ticket specifications and customer requests.
  • Resort Ambassador: Maintain expert knowledge of our menus, wine lists, and resort amenities to provide helpful suggestions and answer guest questions with confidence.
  • Quality Guardian: Constantly monitor the outlet for cleanliness. Ensure every table and piece of glassware is spotless before a guest is seated.
  • Team Leadership: Assist supervisors by checking out servers at the end of shifts, ensuring all side work is completed, uniforms are sharp, and stations are set for the next rush.

What You Bring to the Team

  • The "Vibe": A pleasant demeanor, impeccable grooming standards, and a "can-do" teamwork attitude.
  • The Skills: Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred. You should be a self-starter who thrives under pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written English skills; the ability to listen and follow directions is essential.
  • Physicality: Must have the stamina to move quickly and the strength to frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Requirements: * Minimum age: 16+

    • Must have a Food Handler's Certificate.
    • TABC Certificate & Tips Training required if 18+ (to serve alcohol).
