We are looking for an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead our kitchen utility operations and ensure our Back-of-House (BOH) standards remain at the highest levels of luxury and cleanliness.

As a leader in our culinary department, you will oversee the heartbeat of the kitchen-from dish room efficiency and night cleaning to banquet logistics and food running. Your Impact: Precision & Operational Excellence

You are responsible for the management of daily kitchen utility operations and the professional development of our essential support staff.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operational Oversight: Manage all daily dish room activities, night cleaning routines, and back dock maintenance to ensure a sanitary and safe working environment.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Direct the care and supply of all resort equipment, china, glassware, and silver. Assist with regular inventories to ensure we are always "event-ready."
  • Banquet Support: Supervise banquet plating and food running efforts to ensure seamless service for our high-profile events.
  • Compliance & Standards: Enforce strict adherence to food handling and sanitation standards (Health Department/OSHA). Ensure all machinery is operated and cleaned according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Provide real-time feedback and coaching to associates not engaged in cooking (dishwashers, helpers, etc.). Lead by example to maintain high performance and work standards.
  • Safety & Loss Prevention: Monitor the proper use of chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents, control costs, and ensure all food-holding and transport equipment is in perfect working order.


What You Bring to the Team



  • Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory experience is preferred, with a focus on planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
  • Technical Knowledge: High School diploma/GED required; 2 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or procurement operations is highly valued.
  • Communication: Skilled at conveying clear instructions and engaging your team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Operational Mindset: A high-standards approach to cleanliness, safety, and inventory control.
  • Requirements: * Must be at least 21 years of age.


    • Valid Texas Driver's License with a satisfactory MVR for resort insurance purposes.
    • Ability to handle the physical demands of a high-volume kitchen environment.
