- Execute the RFx (Request for Information/Proposal/Quote) process efficiently to contract project scopes on schedule
- Negotiate final contract awards, provide recommendations to stakeholders, and manage contract execution and ongoing relationships
- Operate effectively in ambiguous scopes and schedules, making informed decisions with incomplete information while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day supplier escalations, ensuring timely resolution under tight timelines and high stakes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes, optimizing material sourcing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement strategies, drawing on experience in fast-paced, high-volume operations to motivate teams toward rapid learning and execution

- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement, preferably within the construction or engineering fields
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with examples of strong work ethic, self-starting initiative, and motivation to learn and adapt quickly
- Knowledge of construction EPC processes; experience working with general contractors, owners' representatives, or design engineering firms is a strong plus
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and judgment skills
