Responsibilities Plans, organizes, manages, coordinates and controls the activities of the plant operations, maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utility systems and grounds of the hospital in an operative and safe working condition. Directs maintenance and bio medical contracted services to assure each service provides services outlined in contract, follows established Oklahoma Heart Hospital Policies and Procedures, maintains performance improvement activities within the departments and participates in PI activities, and assures competency of all personnel. Assists in formulating the budget. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all regulatory laws, standards and protocols. Qualifications Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from college or technical school preferred. Experience: Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience and experience in engineering/maintenance position required.
