What you'll do:

As a Treasury Management (TM) Renewals and Approvals Analyst you'll be responsible for supporting all functions of the Annual Renewal process by understanding, monitoring, and reporting requirements for the daily processes including the standard operating procedures and timelines, processing flows, controls, and regulations. You'll work with the TM Renewals Lead and Banking Operations Risk Manager to identify opportunities to establish process efficiencies, improved reporting, gathering and analyzing data, and provide recommendations. One of your key responsibilities is to process daily renewals, callbacks, reporting, and other deemed as deemed necessary to support the TM Renewal and Approvals department.
  • Responsible for supporting the Treasury Management Renewals and Approvals Team Lead in understanding details of the bank's end-to-end renewal process, database tracking system and all bank systems utilized during the renewal process. Monitors and develops reporting to advise of issues that may negatively impact the end-to-end process. Understands renewal process timelines, reporting and controls to ensure effectiveness.
  • Ability to independently research, analyze and resolve gaps ins processes. Provide daily operational support the TM Renewals and Approval Specialists and Team Lead including analysis of process delays, past-due reports, completeness & accuracy checks of incoming documents, and validation of returned renewals. Support department and process audits providing documentation requested for evidence or providing explanation of processes and walkthroughs.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word, review and update or create operational procedures. Supports team and external projects that impact the renewal process. May be required to complete new renewals packets by collecting appropriate data, preparation of documentation for Account Officer's review and approval. Ultimately ensuring timely and appropriate completion of renewals.
  • Assists in mitigating risk, verifying audit compliance, and procedural quality control review. Ensures compliance with established Bank policies, procedures and state and federal regulations.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations, Treasury Management Service or similar field.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate experience in excel capabilities in order to create pivot tables, macros and v-lookups.
  • Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to analyze reports for the purpose of making recommendations.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $29.03 - $35.87 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
