THE ROLE: We are seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to design and deliver innovative global compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent across AMD's organizations. As a senior individual contributor, you'll apply deep expertise in compensation design, analytics, and technology enablement to drive data-driven decisions and automation across AMD's global rewards ecosystem. You will partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to align pay programs with AMD's strategic priorities and culture of performance, while exploring how AI and advanced analytics can transform compensation practices for the future. THE PERSON: You are a strategic, data-savvy compensation expert who combines technical depth with business acumen.
