DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide training support to end users. Use innovative techniques to develop, coordinate, and deliver training to end users utilizing a variety of training methods to improve and maintain successful outcomes. Consult and partner with leadership and the technology department to ensure appropriate build in all appropriate domains, ensure appropriate access, and determine support needs. Develop positive relationships with leadership and end users throughout the healthcare system in order to effectively implement relevant training objectives measure training outcomes and inform leadership of any performance concerns.

Manage, plan, implement, and evaluate training and special projects as assigned. Participate in committees to give recommendations on processes and determine education/communication needs. Research, create, and update education materials to ensure materials are up-to-date, relevant, and compliant with regulatory and industry standards. Manage and document the quality measures. May complete unit/department-specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities can be acquired. Two (2) years of customer service and health care.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Training experience. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
