About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations-ensuring invoices are processed accurately, payments are tracked efficiently, and customer accounts remain in good standing. Key Responsibilities * Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payment tracking. * Maintain accounting transactions to support receivable and revenue accounts. * Input and manage data in the AS400 system for precise record-keeping. * Monitor payment statuses and follow up on outstanding balances. * Prepare reports and provide updates to the General Manager on collections progress. * Contact customers with delinquent accounts, ensuring clear communication of payment terms. * Uphold strict adherence to accounts receivable processes to maintain financial accuracy. Requirements * 1-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable (preferred but not required). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Proficiency with common software programs; AS400 experience a plus. * Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
