THE ROLE:

AMD is seeking a leader driving the go-to-market strategy and execution for our industry-leading systems portfolio. This is a pivotal role for a results-oriented marketer passionate about accelerating adoption of next-generation system solutions for cloud and enterprise customers.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Product Marketing to develop and execute product marketing strategies that position AMD as true Systems provider integrating AMD CPU's, GPU's, Networking and software as the foundation for AI, cloud, and enterprise workloads. In addition, as the Product Marketing Director you will have a knack for creating compelling messaging, value propositions, marketing collateral, and sales enablement materials that translate technical innovation into customer value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with technical product management, engineering, and sales to drive successful product launches and support ongoing adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, marketing strategy, and go-to-market plans.
  • Apply insights from prior roles to accelerate adoption and differentiation of AMD Systems
  • Represent AMD solutions at industry events, customer briefings, and thought leadership content.
  • Partner with key customers and ecosystem partners to highlight co-developed solutions and joint successes.
  • Support the creation of collateral, website presence, social media, thought leadership, demos, and training for internal teams and channel partners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Productmarketing experience driving at least two or more of the following areas: CPU's, GPU's, Software, Servers, Networking, AI and Systems.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches for complex technology products in highly competitive, fast-paced environments typical of top tech firms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and at industry events.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure results.
  • Strong background in product marketing or marketing experience in at least two or more areas such as: servers, networking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering
