Job Title:Inventory Control Coordinator

Department/Group:Warehouse

Location:Assembly

Summary of Objective:

This job will have two primary focuses. The first will be to monitor all inventory in warehouse locations. Prepare weekly inventory reports. Process incoming destruction requests from business units, prepare move tickets for the warehouse for said material to be loaded for destruction, and coordinate with the destruction group, both internal and external. The second is to coordinate with the material management team to complete cycle count responsibilities and manage customer audits. Additionally this position will serve as a back-up to the supply chain coordinator, traffic coordinator, and FTZ coordinator/material analyst. Said positions may take priority on a semi regular basis depending on the workload.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

  • Run reports, analyze the data, and communicate where material must be moved for destruction.
  • Delegate work to the destruction team when destruction is requested. Coordinate pick ups and drop offs with the destruction vendor (Veolia). Maintain a record of providing unique FTZ numbers to customers and Custom's Brokers.
  • Organize and maintain records at PCI of the FTZ material.
  • Communicate with Warehouse when material is arriving and the unique FTZ number that must be entered into JDE for tracking purposes.
  • Oversee the storage of FTZ material within the warehouse.
  • Make certain that no FTZ material arrives or departs PCI without Custom's approval.
  • This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
  • Attendance to work is an essential function of this position Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:

  • Associates Degree in related field and/or1+ years of experience and/or training.
  • Basic Mathematical Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

The hiring rate for this position is $19.96 - $22.46/hour plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
