As a Security Professional - Telecom Patrol Driver in Greenfield, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology and media environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all individuals you encounter. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will represent Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation, working as part of a caring team that always puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report any unusual activities or potential hazards within the location, following established communication protocols.
• Assist employees and visitors by providing directions or information, and maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Support access control measures by verifying credentials and/or escorting individuals as needed within the location.
• Document security-related incidents and observations in daily activity reports according to company and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
