Position Title: Yard Shuttle - Lead
Wage: $19.50 - $20.50/hour Shift: Night (Training will be on day shift 7:00am - 4:30pm) Hours: 4:00pm - 2:30am (Tuesday - Friday; Potential for Overtime) We are searching for candidates with prior leadership and/or driving experience for our Yard Shuttle Lead in Kansas City, MO! Qualified candidates should have good problem solving, time management, communication, and attention to detail skillsets. All candidates will train on days before transitioning to the night shift. Yard Shuttle - Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide guidance and observe Parking Lot Staff - Lead, train, and monitor the performance of employees working in the lots - Ensure staff are following safety protocols and providing excellent customer service - Provide guidance on parking lot procedures, such as vehicle entry/exit, parking guidelines, and maintenance tasks - Oversee the proper allocation of movement and storage for vehicles - Ensure vehicles are parked correctly to optimize space usage and minimize congestion - Maintain a schedule for transit vehicle arrivals and departures - Ensure compliance with safety standards, including vehicle maneuvering, no damage to vehicles, equipment or property - Complete reporting requirements on time, ensuring accuracy - Monitor parking lot conditions to identify and resolve any hazards or maintenance issues - Assist with maintaining records of vehicle maintenance and parking lot inspections Yard Shuttle - Lead Requirements: - Outdoor environment, exposed to varying weather conditions - May need to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs kcmoresume@qpsemployment.com IND060 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
