Sales Delivery Specialist - Westside Lexus

Summary:

A Sales Delivery Specialist under the guidance of the New Vehicle Sales Managers, will assist the sales staff in the delivery of vehicles to customers. The goal of the Delivery Specialist is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience by knowing how to fully operate their vehicle.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles
• Follow-up with customers regarding the delivery of their vehicle
• Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge in the following technologies: Bluetooth, Enform 2.0, Safety Connect, Navigation System, Park Assist, Home Link and ect...
• Present Lexus Products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding
• Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)
• Additional training and education a plus
• Related technical experience preferred

Must also possess:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Ability to effectively utilize the Microsoft Office Suite, ipads
• Superior customer service skills
