Job DescriptionThis position will serve as a liaison between the Operations and External Relations divisions. This cross-function role will be responsible for resource, capacity, and program management for Accelerated Training initiatives. The PM-SCRM will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of workforce training programs. This position will oversee managing the performance of the 2025 Perkins Leadership FLEX Program.

Essential Functions

Project Management
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate the Procurement of a Learning management system that meets the needs of the project

  • Implementation and monitoring of FLEX Perkins Leadership grant requirements

  • Execution of accelerated training initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on status, milestones, and outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, faculty, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth program execution.

  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and accountability in project delivery.

Capacity Management
  • Assess the organization's ability to deliver accelerated training programs at scale.
  • Identify gaps in training delivery and recommend strategies for improvement, including faculty professional development.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align program capacity with labor market demand.

  • Continuously evaluate capacity utilization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Administrative Management (Position may be responsible for some or all of the following duties)
  • Maintain project tracking systems to ensure accuracy and transparency.

  • Verify and maintain training records in compliance with organizational requirements.

  • Assist in report preparation and respond to official inquiries.

  • Analyze labor market data to identify occupations, skills, and salaries relevant to accelerated training programs.

  • Maintain an online repository of accelerated training curriculum.

  • Prepare training course/program packages for distribution to employers

  • Conduct project-related research to support program development and improvement.

Education / Experience / Knowledge / Skills

  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in higher education or accelerated training.

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools (planning, monitoring, risk management, and communication).

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), IT integrations, curriculum development, and instructional design.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with project tracking platforms and data analysis tools.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a history of driving successful project outcomes.
