We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our North American Sales Team in Austin, TX!

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Key Account Managers. Your efforts will enable our sales team to focus on what they do best - building strong client relationships and closing deals.

What you'll do

  • Support the Sales organization in achieving sales goals and revenue targets.

  • Manage all inbound leads and funnel qualified leads to Key Account Managers.

  • Prospect and cold call existing customer portfolio as well as licensed producers not actively being pursued to drive new opportunity potential.

  • Prepare detailed quotes and assist with order promotion processes.

  • Support Partner/Dealer network with quoting, documentation, and product information.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe the following experience and skills will help you shine in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing order management position

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel).

  • ERP system experience; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Experience with project management and Salesforce is a plus.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $72,500.00 - $96,600.00

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
