Description

The Document Product Group (DPG) is reshaping the way people engage with, integrate, and share information. You will play a crucial role in coordinating, communicating, and implementing strategies within the Product sector. Working closely with the product executive team and partners from various departments, your goal will be to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and seamless implementation.

You will develop and refine processes to uphold the efficiency of our product organization, from planning cycles to information flows. Immersed in our product priorities, you will have a key role in disseminating them throughout the product organization and beyond. By applying AI and automation tools, you will streamline workflows, decrease manual tasks, and establish scalable systems that improve visibility and coordination. Your exceptional ability to bring clarity to intricate situations will ensure that teams dedicate less time navigating processes and more time generating results. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in uncertainty, brings order to complexity, and is dedicated to creating systems that drive alignment and velocity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and steer critical product operational patterns that nurture clarity, accountability, and excellent execution across the organization.
  • Partner with Product Management and cross-functional teams to align on priorities, coordinate inter-dependencies across teams, and drive execution of business-critical initiatives.
  • Manage and drive complex decision-making and problem solving in a decisive, confident, and timely manner to help teams navigate ambiguity.
  • Develop and oversee communications that simplify product and business priorities into clear, compelling updates for leadership, teams, and collaborators.
  • Develop and maintain top-quality templates, tools, and artifacts to encourage alignment and consistency among teams.
  • Foster an AI-forward attitude through testing automation and tools to improve scalability and decrease manual workload.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, business operations, program management, or a similar function in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technology related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Business-savvy and product-literate: Exhibits good discernment in business and swiftly understands product strategy. Can interpret the purpose of our work and its impact, customizing communication for different audiences.
  • Proficient partner: Builds relationships, communicates with different levels, from team members to senior product leaders, to gather insights, address uncertainties, and integrate information across the organization.
  • Responsiveness and bias for action: Understands the urgency and pace of product work. Known for timely follow-through and quick, thoughtful responses that keep momentum high.
  • Passionate about optimizing workflows, reducing friction, and scaling repeatable systems that enable teams to move faster and with more clarity.
  • Exceptionally meticulous: Innately precise and attentive to detail; arranges clutter systematically and crafts resources that encourage harmony among teams.
  • Strategic communicator: Passionate about ensuring the right information flows to the right people at the right time-crafts communications that are timely, clear, and context-rich.
  • Enthusiastic about the impact of AI and automation on reshaping organizational processes. Actively explores solutions to improve visibility, efficiency, and deployment.
  • Experience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog, and development management. Working knowledge of Jira preferred.
  • Experience managing projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members.

Full-time Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $143,200 -- $269,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
