Introduction to the Job

As a System Integration and Test Engineer, you will play a key role in building and validating advanced technology that powers the world's most sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing systems. Your work ensures that ASML's cutting-edge machines meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. By integrating complex subsystems and conducting rigorous testing, you help deliver solutions that enable the next generation of chips used in everyday devices.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of integrating multiple subsystems into a complete ASML system and ensure it meets customer specifications. You will collaborate with engineers across disciplines and work closely with suppliers to deliver high-quality results.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead integration and qualification of subsystems into complete systems.
  • Plan and execute system-level tests to verify performance and compliance.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Document design choices, test procedures, and results for traceability.
  • Support feasibility studies and contribute to design improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental guidelines.
Education and Experience
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration and testing within a high-tech environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and validation.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$80,250-133,750

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
