The Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) at the University of Minnesota invites applications for a Lecturer position in the Comparative and International Development Education (CIDE) program. The CIDE program is known for its critical and engaged approach to global education, drawing together diverse perspectives on policy, practice, and theory. We seek an experienced, equity-focused educator and academic leader to coordinate, teach, and co-advise in the Leadership in International and Intercultural Education (LIIE) PhD program, a flexible doctoral program developed for working professionals.

Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000; Final salary offers are dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity within the department.
