What You'll Do:



  • Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior leaders, managers, and employees across designated business segments, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Oversee core HR functions: employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, workforce/succession planning, employee development, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Drive workforce planning, including workforce reviews, identification of high-potential talent, succession planning, and ongoing refinement of strategies; lead planning during restructurings, transformations, and integrations, including stakeholder communication and adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
  • Provide policy guidance and seek legal counsel when necessary to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Partner across HR to address organizational challenges, improve efficiency, and deliver effective programs; lead or contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to craft change and culture messaging that supports adoption.
  • Partner with Compensation and Finance on job offers, promotions, market adjustments, and job leveling; ensure governance, approval adherence, and process compliance.
  • Use Dayforce data on turnover and performance to find trends and make recommendations to support HR organization and business segments.
  • Advise managers on performance feedback strategies to support employee growth and development, including writing effective development plans.
  • Lead ongoing workforce planning during restructurings, transformations, and integrations; build communication and adoption plans with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to craft messaging that supports culture and change adoption.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex ER matters; ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws.


Do You Have?



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field; master's preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10+ years progressive HR experience; 5+ years as an HRBP supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience working in organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Skills driving performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership coaching.
  • Able to effectively collaborate with compensation on job leveling, market benchmarking, and governance.
  • Expertise in employee relations case management with Legal partnership.
  • HR analytics fluency; ability to convert insights into decisions and outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.

The starting compensation range for this job is $76,100 to $99,900.
