About the Role

The Allstate Foundation is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Social Impact Enablement Lead to be a critical part of advancing our strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is an agile, self-directed professional who can support both the development of new initiatives and the robust operation of our established programs, helping take projects from concept to implementation.

You'll serve as a key resource, enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of our work, providing versatile support that spans strategic planning, operational excellence, governance and the execution of high-impact programmatic initiatives. You'll be instrumental in helping translate vision into tangible results and ensuring the Foundation operates at its highest potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support The Allstate Foundation by:

  • Providing comprehensive operational, strategic, and logistical support to implement social impact initiatives, programs, convenings, and events.

  • Maximizing operational efficiency by helping develop and implement process improvements and strategize and prepare for internal and external stakeholder engagements.

  • Participating in and helping drive ideation processes, including design sprints and strategic planning.

  • Serving as a liaison, integrating across and beyond the Foundation to drive enterprise-level engagement and impact.

  • Managing and tracking a diverse portfolio of ongoing tasks and initiatives, coordinating efforts across different teams and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Assessing and exploring potential thought leadership opportunities for the Foundation.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges, with a degree of autonomy, self-direction and discretion.

  • Familiarity with strategic planning and program delivery concepts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to different audiences.

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness and ability to travel a minimum of 10-15% for program participation, events, and other activities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Experience with grants management systems and project management software also helpful.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 70,500.00 - 124,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
