What this job involves:

Provide general overall Facility Management services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work withmanagers to handle routine property management operations, including Procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service / construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Assist team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives

  • Project management for team and provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of

  • office / facility

  • Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests; advise and guide for key initiatives

  • Ensure strong communication, connection and support with customers

  • Provide direction / information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination / execution of work within client environment with
    minimal disruption.
    Plus provide coverage where needed due to PTO, vacations, etc.

  • Properly and effectively administer and maintain all systems

  • Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting; anticipating, researching, analyzing and reporting on budget variances explanations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field or equivalent work experience (bachelor's degree, preferred)

  • Minimum of two years of industry experience with facility or property administration.

  • Superior customer service skills and orientation with location and client team

  • Ability to maintain professionalism always under stressful situations

  • Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have the capability of customizing administrative reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and works without direct supervision

  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

  • Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills

  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
