Now hiring Operations Assistant

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities



  • Create, track, and manage service tickets in the system.
  • Process and invoice completed service call tickets accurately.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and finalizing customer quotes.
  • Monitor ticket status to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
  • Manage invoicing and service calls through various customer portals.
  • Order and track parts for service calls as needed.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff to answer questions and provide updates.
  • Support the District Operations Manager with projects and daily operational needs.



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • 2+ years of administrative, operations, or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
