Location: Anderson, IN

Pay Rate: $17.69 per hour

Shift: Part-Time | 20 hours per week (Must be flexible)

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide one-on-one financial coaching, interpreting and applying financial information to meet each client's unique situation.
  • Assist clients with goal setting, budgeting, credit building/repair, and savings or asset creation.
  • Identify and refer clients to other community resources to achieve financial goals.
  • Develop, prepare, and present financial education workshops and training materials.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure program compliance within housing counseling and financial capability programs.
  • Collect, verify, and manage client data using required client data management systems.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for funding sources and program evaluation.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and forums on housing and financial education topics.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial coaching, banking, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial counseling techniques, credit repair, budgeting, and savings strategies.
  • Ability to plan and lead workshops or group classes.
  • NCHEC Financial Capability certification required within 18 months of hire.
  • HUD Housing Counseling Certification required.
  • Proficient in client data management systems and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
