Description Locations: Charlotte NC, Plano TX or Pennington NJ THIS POSITION IS NOT OPEN TO C2C, ALL CONTRACTORS MUST HOLD A GC, USC, H4 VISA STATUS **Business Context Operational Intelligence team is building AI-enabled solutions to help 9,000 global production support and engineering staff quickly restore platforms, identify root causes, and reduce manual effort in post-incident documentation. Current initiatives include generative AI projects like "Ready", focused on automation and intelligent workflows. *Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with strong AI experience to design and develop applications using modern frameworks. This role involves building scalable solutions that integrate AI-driven features, orchestrate generative AI workflows, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will lean toward backend integration while being capable of handling frontend development. *Key Responsibilities Design and implement full-stack applications with React (TypeScript) for the frontend and Python (FastAPI) for the backend. Integrate AI models and orchestrate agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain or similar. Collaborate with AI engineers for model integration and workflow automation. Work with vector databases, ElasticSearch, and internal data lakes for data retrieval and indexing. Ensure scalable architecture and secure integration with enterprise systems. **Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: oFrontend: React, TypeScript oBackend: Python, FastAPI Strong experience with AI model integration and generative AI orchestration. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for agentic workflows. Experience with vector databases and search technologies (ElasticSearch). Solid understanding of scalable architecture and enterprise-grade application development. Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. *Preferred Experience Prior work on AI-centric applications in production environments. Knowledge of data lake integration and enterprise security standards. Exposure to incident management automation or operational intelligence tools. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $77.36 - $77.36/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
