Aquent Studios is seeking an experienced Jr Digital/Print Designer to be part of our leading Health Solutions client, supporting their diverse creative initiatives.This part-time role is perfect for a designer with 3 - 5 years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing creative excellence with production precision across both print and digital platforms.

We are looking for a highly adaptable, detail-oriented designer with a strong foundation in production and brand governance. The ideal candidate can confidently take direction, manage competing priorities, and efficiently translate brand guidelines and creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets, with a significant focus on email design and development.

This is a part-time, remote opportunity requiring 24 hours per week. You'll cover those hours by working 8-hour days, Tuesday through Thursday, all within EST business hours.

Core Responsibilities



  • Design and produce assets across digital and print channels, with a focus on email design and development.
  • Translate concepts into wireframes, storyboards, and final visuals that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with creative partners, brand managers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging and visual integrity.
  • Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining efficiency and design excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Provide creative input during ideation sessions and concept development.
  • Uphold accessibility best practices and follow brand standards for all deliverables.


Required Experience & Technical Skills



  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on design experience, ideally in a high-volume agency or in-house production environment.
  • Proven experience applying and interpreting complex brand playbooks and seasonal guidelines
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
  • Capable of presenting creative rationale and design adjustments
  • Proficient in working with project briefs and clarifying objectives
  • Comfortable collaborating with copywriters and developers
  • Strong project/time management skills; can self-manage workloads and deadlines
  • Ability to pivot quickly and respond to fast-turn requests
  • Open to feedback and iterative improvement
  • Keeps current on design tools, industry trends, and best practices
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts


Adobe Photoshop (High Proficiency): Advanced image editing, retouching, color correction, masking, and strong understanding of file setup/optimization

Adobe Illustrator: Creating or modifying vector graphics and developing accessible animated GIFs.

Adobe InDesign: Design and preparation of print and digital templates.

Email Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email-specific platforms such as Stensul (including familiarity with JSON file creation)


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workfront, Microsoft Teams and cloud-based file management tools like OneDrive or similar tools.
  • Basic UX knowledge (e.g., wireframing, user flows) or willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and creative knowledge of SMS/RCS communications in a B2C environment.
  • Motion design skills (Adobe After Effects or similar)


Compensation Range: $35 -41/hr DOE

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
