We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to join a dynamic team, playing a crucial role in the execution and success of major live content initiatives. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless delivery of engaging campaigns, ensuring critical content reaches its audience effectively and on schedule. This role involves the meticulous setup and execution of outbound marketing campaigns for subscription-based content. You will be instrumental in managing the manual steps required to launch these campaigns, from preparing promotional assets to ensuring flawless delivery across various platforms. Your work will directly support the team in delivering critical live content campaigns, preventing any deprioritization during peak periods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the execution of critical upcoming subscription-based content campaigns using outbound marketing strategies.

* Source and prepare content identifiers and promotional assets for campaign deployment.

* Ingest content identifiers into internal content management systems and proprietary tools.

* Conduct thorough quality assurance across various devices to ensure optimal campaign presentation.

* Monitor and report on campaign performance, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.

* Manage and track campaign calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.

* Participate actively in weekly and monthly team meetings, contributing insights and updates.

* Operate and configure internal tools to facilitate campaign setup and execution.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on campaign execution or merchandising.

* Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or campaign management tools.

* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, track calendars, and meet strict deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance in campaign deployment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within the streaming industry or with content merchandising.

* An MBA is considered a plus.
