We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive student with great attention to detail to assist with various tasks. The assistant will be responsible for accurate data entry, meeting deadlines, communicating both in person and via email, and taking notes. Under direct supervision other duties will include; Designing and maintaining paper and electronic data files; verifying data accuracy; filing and collating documentation and reports; entering data in electronic files and databases. Minimum Qualifications Equivalencies not found for this position Preferred Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, enrolled at least halftime (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
