| Skills/Abilities * Able to frequently work seated while able to bend and twist as needed to operate the Hilo safely. * Able to frequently get on or off the Hilo as needed to properly service assigned areas. * Able to occasionally lift 35 lbs. from floor to waist; lift 50lbs from waist to shoulders; and push / pull up to 15 lbs. * Able to frequently carry 35-55 lbs. * Able to reach forward, laterally and occasionally over the shoulders. * Able to occasionally grasp with moderate force. * Able to rotate to other work in the zone, department, division or plant as required. * May be required to visually inspect for defects, read blueprints and use measuring tools (e.g. calipers, linear measuring machine, fixtures etc.) to ensure that parts are within quality specifications when rotating into a production assignment. * Able to operate a computer, tablet or electronic devices to track products * Able to maintain a Hilo license and be capable of operating a radio within FCC regulations. * Must be organized and capable of planning routes to maximize efficiency and prevent production delays. |
