The Plant Manager is responsible for leading a large, complex manufacturing facility that supports multiple business units or product lines. This position provides strategic and operational leadership across all plant functions - including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety-and leads a team of Focus Factory Managers and cross-functional support staff. The plant Manager is accountable for delivering results across safety, quality, cost, and delivery, while also driving long-term operational excellence and supporting company growth.
