The Corporate Accounting team sits at the heart of the company's financial integrity and business performance. We ensure our financial results are accurate, timely, and compliant with U.S. GAAP and SOX, providing the foundation on which leaders, investors, and regulators rely. We partner with FP&A, Operations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and business unit leaders to deliver a precise month-end close, maintain strong internal controls, and uphold rigorous accounting standards. The team's contributions strengthen the company's financial discipline, reduce risk, and enable the business to grow with transparency and accountability.

What You Can Expect

You will be responsible for the day-to-day fixed asset accounting activities for our US entities and will assist in the monthly worldwide close process. This includes ensuring corporate accounting is technically accurate and complete, and that worldwide consolidations are prepared accurately and on time. This role will also be involved in supporting strategic initiatives including fixed asset counts and process and system enhancement projects.

  • Maintain and update the fixed asset subledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of asset records.
  • Process asset additions, disposals, transfers, and adjustments in accordance with company policies and GAAP.
  • Prepare monthly depreciation runs and reconcile fixed asset balances to the general ledger.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities related to fixed assets, including preparing account reconciliations and the global fixed asset reporting schedules.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing schedules, documentation, and explanations.
  • Prepare financial reporting information for monthly results review meeting with the CFO and CEO.
  • Responsible for SOX compliance activities, including executing internal controls.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management
  • Support strategic initiatives including fixed asset counts, property tax renewals and audits, integration or divestiture activities, and process and system enhancements
  • Prioritize and help ensure that the organization has accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Effective oral and written communication with strong collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
  • Customer service-oriented approach
  • Strong accuracy, thoroughness, attention to detail, and sense of ownership
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, proactive, responsive, and reliable approach
  • Ability to adapt and think on your feet

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or CPA track
  • Semiconductor experience

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

57,300 - 84,800, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
