As a Security Officer - Telecom Facility Patrol in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence within a dynamic tech and media location. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly to support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related issues in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and/or visitors to support a secure environment.
• Assist with access control and visitor management procedures as required by the location's policies.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Remain alert and observant throughout assigned shifts, adapting to changing working environments and conditions as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
