Overview LMI is seeking a Senior Research Specialist (SharePoint Administrator) to support our team within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). This role supports the A&S Directorate for Business Operations via the comprehensive management and maintenance of SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. It encompasses platform installation, user access control, data management (including PULSE data integration and CATMS task management), troubleshooting, and providing end-user training and support. The Administrator also develops visually compelling web interfaces, ensures network infrastructure compliance with security policies, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of SharePoint functionality, graphic design principles, and fundamental JavaScript concepts, as well as experience providing technical guidance and executive-level support, preferably within the DoD or other federal agencies. Communication with the organization's senior-level staff and collaboration with a broad range of personnel is also required. The position will be located at the Pentagon. The target salary range for this position is up to $145,000. The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
