Job Summary: |
This faculty position will be part of the Division of Geriatric Medicine. This is a part-time position. As with most faculty in the Division of Geriatric Medicine, this will be an "at-will" position, meaning the employee can be terminated at any time without notice, and severance pay may not be provided. This position is dependent on continued funding from the sponsor. This work site(s) may include the UCD Division of Geriatric Medicine's administrative offices or the VA Medical Center. The Division of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking an experienced PhD scientist with at least 5-7 years of experience in conducting and leading qualitative methods with a focus on health services research. Key Responsibilities: The candidate will help lead the qualitative analysis and mixed methods integration in collaboration with the co-investigators and consultants for this project. The candidate will work closely with the qualitative analytic team to pilot and refine interview guides and site visit protocols and will also participate in site visits and interviews. Prior experience with interviewing home health care agencies, as well as patients and care partners who have been referred for home health care services, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a record of scholarly productivity, mentorship and have received funding. Additional research responsibilities may include writing original research manuscripts for publication and submitting grant applications to obtain extramural research funding. |

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: $16,341 for 12.5% effort The above starting salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. |
