Job Description: The Client Services Representative (CX Rep) is responsible for coordinating across functional disciplines to deliver an excellent inhouse customer experience. This role supports daily operations related to customer service, training center activities, and reception services. As the first point of contact for customers, clients, and guests, the CSR ensures they receive all necessary information and support throughout their lifecycle within the training center. Serve as the first and main point of contact for all customers, clients, and guests throughout their visit and training lifecycle. Act as the liaison between clients/guests and internal backoffice functions to ensure service expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Perform front office duties, providing information related to training processes (schedules, changes, etc.) and logistics (hotel, transportation, visa), as well as addressing other reasonable customer requests. Prepare client materials for course delivery, including ordering and printing required documentation. Ensure training facilities are ready, organized, and properly equipped to support delivery. Support and assist with the TSA Approval Process. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role. Strong attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines within prescribed timeframes. Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to team objectives. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work onsite. Availability to work every other weekend, if needed. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with facetoface customer service Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming customerfacing presence Physical Requirements: Occasionally ascends or descends ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles. Constantly remains in a stationary position (standing or sitting). Occasionally moves about to accomplish tasks or travel. Occasionally adjusts or moves objects up to 20 pounds. Frequently performs repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.
