*Employment Type:* Full-Time *Experience Level:* Intermediate *Pay:* $23.00/hour + Benefits + Room for Advancement *About the Role* We are seeking a *Technical Product Support Specialist* to join our team in the Marine and RV sales industry. This role is focused on creating a positive customer experience by providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on product selection and warranty processes. You will work closely with customers via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries. *Key Responsibilities* * Deliver exceptional technical support for consumer product lines via phone and email. * Answer product-related questions, including features, benefits, installation, sizing, and compatibility. * Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve customer issues promptly. * Document and process call center interactions accurately. * Assist in developing FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials. * Review manuals, technical bulletins, and marketing artwork for accuracy. * Diagnose and troubleshoot using schematics, wiring diagrams, and standard tools. * Ensure timely electronic capture of consumer and case information. * Support customers through product repair and replacement programs. *Required Qualifications* * *1+ year of experience* in Marine Electronics, Boating Accessory installations, or RV electrical installations (AC/DC electrical systems). * Practical knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems, wiring, terminations, and circuit analysis. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems. * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret schematics and technical documents. *Preferred Qualifications* * Certifications such as *ABYC, NMEA, or MEI*. * Prior experience in consumer technical support. * FCC License is a plus. *Soft Skills* * Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and telephone). * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude. * Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Professional presence and integrity. *Ideal Candidate* You have hands-on technical experience in boating, RV, camping, ATV, or related outdoor/industrial equipment.
