*Job Title: Contact Center Member Service Representative**Job Description*We are seeking a dedicated individual to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. You will also perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts, and advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs.
*Responsibilities* * Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals. * Provide information about products and services. * Demonstrate knowledge, active listening, and adaptability to multiple systems. * Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members on products and services that may fit their needs. * Engage with members to ensure optimal customer service. * Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume, structured environment. *Essential Skills* * Proficient in customer service and data entry. * Experience with inbound and outbound calls. * Ability to comply with policies in a high-volume call environment. * Adaptable to a very structured environment. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, baking/mortgage, professional environment, or high-volume retail environment. *Why Work Here?*Join the largest credit union in the world, serving the financial needs of our military and their families worldwide. Scheduled breaks and meals are structured, and most shifts offer flexibility, allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times. You will be taking back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift and may be scheduled to take calls for up to four hours before your next break. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
