Description MSFTs is expecting a spike in break-fix tickets over the next six months for one of their customers and they don't have the resources to support the workload. MSFT needs a vendor team to manage the ticket queue to maintain customer SLAs. Techs will be taking direction for MSFT tech managers at those sites. Shifts: 3 A-side days and 3 B-side days Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Goodyear, AZ.
