Administrative Services Manager
Job ID: 104117

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
As Administrative Services Manager you will oversee the Executive Assistants (EAs) and Office Services (OS) teams, ensuring superior customer service and effective collaboration with Partners and consulting staff. You will work closely with regional Administrative and Operations leaders, as well as local Office Leadership, to identify, develop, and implement strategic initiatives for the office.
As the Administrative Services Manager, you will build and manage a collaborative EA team that supports one another, the Partners, and the consulting staff. You will develop a deep understanding of the Partners' support needs and the EAs' strengths to create effective EA/Partner matches. Additionally, you will provide management support to Partners to enhance the working model between EAs, Partners, and other stakeholders. The manager will lead, coach, and motivate team members to improve their effectiveness, efficiency, and job satisfaction. You will assess development needs, provide real-time constructive feedback, and arrange for training to build skills. Performance evaluations will be conducted thoroughly, ensuring feedback is accurate and based on clear expectations. You will also oversee the review and approval of team member timesheets, coordinate EA backup and overflow coverage during absences, and assist with connectivity efforts across the location and region.
As the Seattle Office Site Manager, you will build and manage an OS team that prioritizes customer service in supporting colleagues and visitors to the Seattle office. You will oversee all facilities-related services and projects, manage and report on office services budgets, and ensure office policies and procedures align with firm standards. You will supervise the maintenance of the physical space, including managing internal staff, external contractors, vendors, and suppliers, while monitoring contracts for compliance and performing quality control inspections. You will collaborate with firm Real Estate and leadership on space acquisition and lease negotiations. When applicable, you will oversee construction efforts, including negotiating contracts, managing budgets, leading design teams, and supervising buildouts.
In your role as a strategic and project support partner to the Location Managing Partner, you will provide strategic project support to execute the office agenda and offer counsel on office connectedness and morale. You will serve as a leader, advisor, and sounding board within the office community and will plan, lead, manage, and execute offsite office events.
