Litigation Associate - Wilmington

The preferred candidate should have 4-6 years of active practice, with Delaware commercial and/or corporate litigation in Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and District of Delaware. Experience litigating in federal court is preferred. Experience with intellectual property litigation is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be licensed in Delaware.
• Desire to work on cases with a variety of litigation subject-matter in Delaware and other federal courts around the country
• Desire to be both lead trial counsel and Delaware counsel on litigation matters.
• Detail oriented, organized, and desire to work on a close-knit team
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task independently under deadlines, efficiently manage firm resources, effectively delegate (as appropriate), and prioritize and manage case assignments
• Ability to effectively present information and professionally respond to questions
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to recognize inefficiencies in work process and contribute to improvements
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity
• Computer self-sufficient (complete Microsoft Office Suite)
• Proficiency with specialized software and online programs as required
