Position Title: Quality Inspector
Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to serve as the frontline defender of quality-identifying defects, enforcing standards, and ensuring every product meets rigorous regulatory and customer expectations. Quality Inspector Responsibilities: - Inspect product for defects, damage and imperfections - Be assertive when a quality issue arises - Gather data to resolve quality-related issues - Work with supervision and the account teams to resolve quality issues - Follow documented processes and procedures - Maintain accurate and thorough recordkeeping - Ensure quality requirements meet or exceed customer expectations - Assist in continuous improvement efforts - Cross-train in other departmental quality areas as needed - Comply with all facility safety and work rules, including but not limited to security requirements, proper procedures for accident/incident reporting and emergency evacuation Requirements for Quality Inspector: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs - Ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position - Understanding of general business concepts wausau@qpsemployment.com IND050 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
