Position Overview
Join H.B. Fuller as a Warehouse Worker II, where you'll ensure safe, efficient handling of raw materials and finished goods. This role supports accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping. You'll work collaboratively under limited supervision to keep operations running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety rules and work instructions without exception

  • Receive, store, and rotate stock using FIFO methodology

  • Load/unload trucks, containers, and tankers safely

  • Prepare and stage customer orders accurately and on time

  • Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain documentation

  • Inspect incoming goods and report non-conformities

  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment in good condition

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year experience in warehouse or similar environment

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems)

  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Requirements

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $20.50/hr.
