DESCRIPTION OF WORK

An employee in this position is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of loan settlements, conducting loan settlements, requesting Automated Clearing House (ACH) disbursements for settlements and filing the necessary loan documents with the Comptroller's Office and Treasury. The employee is also responsible for preparing settlement documents, processing post settlement documents, coordinating with Transportation to apply liens to titles, processing paid loans, and releasing titles and mortgages. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- In the event of an emergency/disaster situation or training exercise, this position may be required to travel, work up to 12-hour shifts, and work outside of the normal work hours, including weekends and overnights.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time upon successful completion of a training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Fiscal Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records, including one year of responsible work which involves the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices; and graduation from high school; or
- One year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an Associate degree in accounting or business administration; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
