Location: Northern Missouri The Missouri Northern sales territory is a vast region stretching across the entire northern expanse of the state-from the western border all the way to the eastern edge. This area includes towns such as St. Joseph, Chillicothe, Kirksville, and Hannibal, offering a diverse blend of rural charm and engaged local life. Residents enjoy a high quality of life amid picturesque landscapes and welcoming communities. Experience the full spectrum of the seasons here-crisp, snowy winters give way to warm, inviting summers, ensuring there's always something fun and exciting happening year-round. While not part of this territory, larger cities like Kansas City, Columbia, and St. Louis are conveniently nearby. This territory is home to 47 dedicated agents representing a wide range of experience levels, including several new agents who have joined within the last five years. Looking ahead, there are promising opportunities for recruitment and agent placement that will further expand the territory's potential. These territory agents consistently deliver solid results in both Property and Casualty as well as Financial Services, with plenty of room for continued growth in this beautiful region of the state. Our Benefits The fixed annual salary for this role is $200,000 and employees are not eligible for annual merit increases. Employees may be eligible for a geographic differential based on the location from which an employee is working. Employees may be eligible to participate in incentive programs, including a quarterly bonus and an annual bonus once required licensing and securities sponsorship/registration and certifications are obtained. The total compensation opportunity, including a fixed base salary and potential incentive pay eligibility for this position is $200,000 - $310,000. No amount of incentive compensation is guaranteed. Remote Work Arrangement: The Sales Leader role is a remote position which requires the selected candidate to work out of his/her home and will require periodic travel to conduct/attend meetings and/or seminars, training, conferences.
