Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads the front half of the pipeline-focusing on strategic market positioning, customer engagement, and early opportunity shaping before solicitation release. This role drives F3EA's visibility across the SOF, interagency, and federal markets by cultivating relationships with CORs, PMs, contracting officers, industry partners, and innovation stakeholders. The Director of Growth represents F3EA at key engagements-such as SOF Week, AUSA, and government forums-to elevate brand posture, influence requirements, and identify emerging capability gaps aligned with modernization priorities. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of the federal marketplace, Special Operations mission sets, and government acquisition processes, paired with a proactive ability to convert engagement, forecasting, and market intelligence into long-term strategic wins that align with F3EA's mission, values, and growth trajectory. Additional Notes Ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Development Manager or Program Manager with recent military/contract/SOF background and a current security clearance that can manage several projects and programs simultaneously with little supervision and be able to deliver maximum results with limited time and resources.
