Your Role: Clinician, Assessment and Crisis Response - Heritage Behavioral Health Center - Clinton, Illinois As an Assessment and Crisis Clinician, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health and substance use treatment in Clinton, Illinois. This role provides same-day access for children, adolescents, and adults, ensuring timely and compassionate care. You will conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments using IM+CANS and ASAM, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver crisis intervention services. You will also serve as a Crisis Counselor on the Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Team, responding to behavioral health crises in DeWitt and Piatt counties. Guided by the philosophy of "anyone, anytime, anywhere," you will provide on-site crisis stabilization, safety planning, and linkage to ongoing care in homes, schools, hospitals, and community settings.
